# ワークフォース管理の連携

Occupied Rules を使用すると、エージェントは実際に案件対応中でも「Ready」として表示される場合があります。これは、まだ occupied のしきい値に達していないだけだからです。そのため、通話中のエージェントは「Occupied」と表示されるはずだと考える WFM チームに、最初は不安を与えることがあります。

### <mark style="color:青;">Zoom ワークフォース管理 遵守設定</mark>

**重要なセットアップ要件**: Zoom ワークフォース管理 の設定で、Agent Status Mapping タブ に移動します。「phone」アクティビティ（および他の類似アクティビティ）は、「Ready」と「Occupied」の両方のエージェントステータスに対応するようにマッピングする必要があります。

**この仕組みが機能する理由:**

* エージェントは、Ready または Occupied のどちらでも スケジュール 遵守を維持します
* WFM は、ステータスだけでなくアクティビティのマッピングに基づいて遵守を追跡します
* この設定は、Occupied Rules が 有効にする、定員モデル の微妙な違いを考慮しています
