# ワークフォース管理連携

Occupied Rules では、エージェントがアクティブに案件対応をしていても「Ready」と表示されることがあります。単に、まだ通話中のしきい値に達していないだけです。これは、通話中のエージェントは「Occupied」と表示されると想定している WFM チームにとって、最初は懸念材料となる場合があります。

### <mark style="color:青;">Zoom ワークフォース管理の遵守設定</mark>

**重要なセットアップ要件**：Zoom ワークフォース管理の設定で、エージェントステータスマッピングのタブに移動します。「phone」のアクティビティ（および他の類似アクティビティ）は、「Ready」と「Occupied」の両方のエージェントステータスに対応するようにマッピングする必要があります。

**理由は次のとおりです：**

* エージェントは、Ready でも Occupied でも、スケジュール遵守を維持します
* WFM は、ステータスだけでなくアクティビティのマッピングに基づいて遵守を追跡します
* この構成は、Occupied Rules が有効にする、きめ細かな定員モデルを考慮しています
