# Blackberry 版 Zoom 现场指南

## **简介**

Zoom 为 Android 和 iOS 设备提供 BlackBerry 统一端点管理 (UEM) 移动客户端，可在应用程序内强制实施安全策略。本文档提供了在您的 UEM 租户中添加和配置 Blackberry 版 Zoom 策略的说明。

## **要求**

Blackberry 版 Zoom 的部署不需要任何特殊配置或组件。已部署 BlackBerry UEM 且已经 [配置为在其网络中使用 Zoom 的客户](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb\&sysparm_article=KB0060548) 能够在无需额外要求的情况下进行部署。

## 配置

### **将 Zoom 应用程序添加到 UEM**

1. 登录到 [黑莓 Marketplace](https://marketplace.blackberry.com/apps).
2. 搜索 **Blackberry 版 Zoom**.
3. 单击该应用程序。
4. 在应用页面上，选择 **开始试用**.

### **配置 Zoom 以进行部署**

1. 登录您的 BlackBerry UEM 服务器。
2. 选择 **应用** 在侧边菜单中。
3. 在下拉菜单中，点击 **应用**.
4. 在应用列表中，选择 **Blackberry 版 Zoom**.
5. 点击 **设置**.
6. 点击 **BlackBerry Dynamics**.

9. 在各个选项卡中，为应用部署设置所需的设置。<br>

10. 点击 **保存** 以完成配置的创建。

### **确认不需要其他权限**

4. 阅读并确认所请求的应用权限。
5. 刷新应用程序页面并确认。

## **数据泄露防护**

### （可选）建立安全容器

对于自备设备 (BYOD) 策略，在 BlackBerry Work（3.7.0 及更高版本）中打开的任何 Zoom 链接，都将直接在 Blackberry 版 Zoom（5.8.0 及更高版本）中打开。如果满足最低版本要求，用户可以在同一设备上同时使用 Blackberry 版 Zoom 和标准 Zoom Workplace 应用，而无需担心数据泄露。

使用低于 3.7.0 版本的 BlackBerry Work 或低于 5.8.0 版本的 Blackberry 版 Zoom 的客户，可以通过完成以下步骤强制在 Blackberry 版 Zoom 中打开链接：

1. 向 Zoom 支持提交请求，以启用“使用 BlackBerry 访问时强制使用 Blackberry 版 Zoom 客户端”功能/特性。
2. 登录您的 BlackBerry UEM 服务器。
3. 选择 **应用** 在侧边菜单中。
4. 在下拉菜单中，点击 **应用**.
5. 选择 **BlackBerry 访问**.
6. 在 **应用配置**，单击 **+** 图标以命名并添加新的部署配置，或从列表中修改现有配置。<br>

7. 选择 **在用户代理中识别 BlackBerry 访问** 在……下的 *常规* 设置选项卡。<br>

8. 进一步在 *常规* 设置 选项卡，单击以 **启用第三方 应用程序** 并输入 `zoomusbb,zoomus,zoommtg` 在下方字段中。<br>

9. **保存** 该策略。

一旦 Zoom 支持已强制实施 Blackberry 版 Zoom 且上述策略已到位，在 BlackBerry Work 中打开的所有 Zoom 链接都将强制 BlackBerry 访问在 Blackberry 版 Zoom 中打开该链接，而不管应用程序版本如何。

#### <mark style="color:蓝色;">Blackberry 版 Zoom 兼容其他 BlackBerry Dynamics 数据泄漏防护策略</mark>

Blackberry 版 Zoom 兼容 BlackBerry Dynamics 管理配置文件中包含的其他数据泄漏防护策略。这些策略无法在 Blackberry 版 Zoom 应用程序中配置，必须通过 BlackBerry Dynamics 配置文件进行配置，该配置文件位于 *策略和配置文件* 在您的 UEM Server 中。配置该配置文件时，其他数据泄漏防护选项在线，如下图所示：
