# 为 ZPLS 启用用户

必须为用户启用 **本地生存模式** 在生存性事件 & 活动 &直播期间连接到 ZPLS 模块。最简单的配置是在账户或站点内启用所有用户；但是，如果某个站点中的用户数量超过您的配置的 [最大注册数量](#_rx0i1j9xofnc)，用户可能无法获得生存功能。

对于此场景，账户管理员可以通过四个层级指定哪些用户或设备将在生存性事件 & 活动 &直播期间注册：账户级、站点级、用户群组级，以及针对特定用户或设备的个人级。不属于已启用生存性的群组的用户或设备 **不会** 在生存性事件 & 活动 &直播期间向 ZPLS 模块注册。

### 账户范围注册

启用账户范围注册后，账户内的所有用户都会尝试注册到与其主站点关联的 ZPLS 模块（如果有可用模块）。要启用此设置，请执行以下步骤：

1. 登录 Zoom Web门户。
2. 在……下 **账户管理** 子菜单中，选择 **账户设置**.
3. 选择 **Zoom Phone** 设置选项卡。

### 站点范围注册

启用站点范围注册后，站点内的所有用户都会自动尝试连接到与该站点关联的 ZPLS 模块。如果注册用户总数超过该配置允许的最大注册人数，用户将按先到先得的顺序注册。要启用此设置，请执行以下步骤：

1. 登录 Zoom Web门户。
2. 在……下 **电话系统管理** 子菜单中，选择 **公司信息**.
3. 找到您将 ZPLS 模块分配到的站点名称，并单击 **名称**.
4. 在接下来的屏幕中，点击 **策略** 选项卡，该选项卡显示在站点名称下方。

### 群组范围注册

启用群组级注册后，属于该群组的所有用户都会自动尝试连接到与其主站点关联的 ZPLS 模块。与站点级不同，在站点级中一个站点代表所有用户，而群组级设置可能会影响多个站点中的用户。账户管理员在进行更改时应牢记，群组级策略将覆盖站点级策略。要启用此设置，请执行以下步骤：

1. 登录 Zoom Web门户。
2. 在……下 **用户管理** 子菜单中，选择 **群组**.
3. **选择群组** 您正在编辑的，或单击 **+添加群组** 以创建一个新的。
4. 选择 **Zoom Phone** 设置选项卡。

启用用户或设备级注册后，受影响的用户或设备将在生存性事件 & 活动 &直播期间自动尝试注册到其主站点的 ZPLS 模块。由于应用程序的层级，此设置将覆盖所有其他配置设置——例如账户、设置或站点设置——除非这些设置已被 **锁定** 并已应用到用户。要启用此设置，请执行以下步骤：
