# Zoom Phone 本地生存能力指南

### 简介

Zoom Phone 是一项基于云的电话通讯服务，其运行依赖互联网提供商与 Zoom 的数据中心连接。然而，在互联网服务故障或影响服务的事件发生时，维持电话通讯服务对于业务连续性和运营至关重要。为了解决这一问题，Zoom 将 Zoom Phone Local Survivability（ZPLS）模块作为一种 [Zoom Node](#_a2lvsihjp0ek) 工作负载，以便在互联网中断时提供电话通讯韧性。
