# 故障排除

仅在需要时收集故障排查日志，并在每次使用后确认日志工具已禁用——**不会** 在无人监控时，请勿离开日志记录功能的启用状态。

要访问日志收集工具，请打开安装应用程序的目录——默认情况下，该目录为 C:\Program Files(x86)\Zoom VDI\Bin——并找到 **ZoomVDITool.exe** 该文件所在的文件夹中的文件。

如果在安装过程中 Citrix 工作区 或 Omnissa Horizon Client 仍在运行，则可能会发生此错误。如果任一进程有打开的窗口，请将其关闭并继续安装。如果该进程卡住了，您可以使用任务管理器终止该进程（wfica32.exe 或 omnissa-view\.exe），或者在以管理员身份运行的命令提示符中执行：

如果当前的插件版本高于正在安装的插件版本，则会发生此错误。要解决此问题，请确认当前已安装的插件版本是否比正在安装的版本更新。如果确认无误，请卸载现有插件并重试失败的安装软件包。

Citrix 为用户提供在“轻量模式”下启动虚拟桌面或程序的能力，这会在浏览器中启动虚拟应用程序，而不是通过完整的 Citrix 客户端。轻量模式不支持媒体优化所需的虚拟频道，因此会呈现回退模式体验。要将音频和视频从虚拟桌面卸载到 VDI 插件，您必须通过 Citrix 应用程序连接到虚拟桌面。
