# 故障排除

<mark style="color:蓝色;">**如何从 Zoom Workplace VDI 应用和插件生成并收集日志**</mark>

VDI 主持人安装程序附带一个日志收集工具，可让用户轻松生成并收集日志，以便传送给 Zoom 支持进行诊断调查。这些日志可用于排查与 Zoom Workplace VDI 应用相关的特定问题，但仅应在需要时使用。

使用 **LogLevel** 策略，在启用日志之前配置正确级别。默认值为“0”，会禁用日志记录。大多数故障排除都需要将 LogLevel 配置为“4”，以提供最大量的日志数据。

仅在需要时收集故障排除日志，并在每次使用后确认日志工具已禁用——**不会** 在无人监控时，离开日志功能保持启用状态。

如果 Citrix 工作区 或 Omnissa Horizon Client 在安装过程中仍在运行，则可能会发生此错误。如果任一进程有任何打开的窗口，请将其关闭并继续安装。如果进程卡住了，您可以使用任务管理器结束该进程（wfica32.exe 或 omnissa-view\.exe），或者在以管理员身份运行的命令提示符中执行：

当当前 Plug-In 版本高于正在安装的 Plug-In 版本时，会出现此错误。要解决此问题，请确认当前已安装的 Plug-In 版本是否比正在安装的版本更新。如果确认，请卸载现有的 Plug-In，并重试失败的软件包安装。
