# 疑難排解

### 測試與驗證連線

完成設定流程後，客戶即可測試並驗證 ZPLS 模組在 Zoom Phone 雲端與其他常用服務之間的連線。這些測試可確認雲端正常運作，且執行 ZPLS 模組所需的所有必要代理程式與服務都能正常工作。

#### <mark style="color:藍色;">從網頁驗證 ZPLS 代理程式運作</mark>

若要驗證 ZPLS 代理程式狀態，請執行以下步驟：

1. 登入 Zoom 網頁入口網站。
2. 在下方 **進階** 子選單中，選取 **Zoom Node**.
3. 在畫面左上角，確認 **Zoom Node - 電話本地存活** 已在下拉式選單中選取。

#### <mark style="color:藍色;">從 ZPLS 模組驗證雲端連線</mark>

若要驗證 ZPLS 模組的網路連線，請執行以下步驟：

1. 開啟虛擬機器的主控台視窗，並使用以下 **zoom-setup** 建立的使用者名稱與密碼 [於安裝期間](#_xqxflbqfdqgv).
2. 輸入數字 2 以進入網路測試工具。

### 測試模式

管理員可在 ZPLS 模組上啟用測試模式，以輕鬆模擬故障切換事件。處於測試模式時，所有 *新的* 客戶端註冊將導向 ZPLS 模組，而非 Zoom Phone 雲端，且先前的註冊將不受影響。若已設定 SBC，所有通話都將透過 SBC 路由，彷彿存活事件正在進行。若要啟用測試模式，請執行以下步驟：

1. 登入 Zoom 網頁入口網站。
2. 在下方 **電話系統管理** 子選單中，選取 **公司資訊**.
3. 按一下 **帳戶設定** 在左上角。

4. 在下一個畫面中，找到 **Zoom Node** 子區段，以及 **本地存活**。按一下 **管理** 以載入新頁面。

6. 啟用測試模式後，必須重新啟動 ZPLS 模組。若要測試與模組的連線，使用者應先登出，再重新登入其客戶端，以註冊到 ZPLS 模組。（重新登入僅適用於測試模式，不適用於存活事件。）

### 模擬故障切換

除了測試模式之外，客戶也可以透過防火牆與網路設定來模擬故障切換。由於已有測試模式，因此這並非必要，但可供希望在模擬情境中測試存活解決方案穩健性的客戶使用。

若要模擬故障切換，必須限制對 Zoom Phone 網路的網際網路存取。客戶可透過封鎖下列所述的所有連線與連接埠來強制執行此限制： [網路連接埠與資料流向](#_pswiusfsww6t) 本文件的章節。

連線開始失敗後，桌面用戶端與實體 IP 電話將偵測到網路中斷，並開始故障切換至 ZPLS 模組。桌面用戶端將顯示以下訊息，確認連線無法使用：

若要確認用戶端已連線至 ZPLS 模組，請執行以下步驟：

1. 點選用戶端右上角的個人資料圖片或圖示。
2. 點選 **設定**.
3. 在設定選單中，選取 **統計資料**.
4. 選取 **電話** 分頁。
5. 確認 **註冊伺服器** IP 位址與連接埠與該站點的 ZPLS 模組相符。
6. 若成功連線，用戶端即以存活模式運作。

除非 ZPLS 模組與雲端之間的 OPTIONS keepalive ping 已失敗，否則 ZPLS 模組將不接受 SIP 註冊。除了封鎖往返雲端的 Zoom Phone 流量外，管理員還必須確保封鎖 ZPLS 模組與 Zoom Phone 雲端之間的流量。
