# 疑難排解

處理使用 ZPLS 模組時可能發生的常見問題。

### 測試與驗證連線

1. 登入 Zoom 網頁入口網站。
2. 在 **進階** 子選單中，選取 **Zoom Node**.
3. 在畫面左上角，確認 **Zoom Node - 電話本地存活性** 已在下拉式選單中選取。

### 測試模式

管理員可以在 ZPLS 模組上啟用測試模式，以輕鬆模擬故障切換事件。處於測試模式時，所有 *新的* 用戶端註冊將改為路由至 ZPLS 模組，而不是 Zoom Phone 雲端，且先前的註冊將不受影響。若已設定 SBC，所有通話都將透過 SBC 路由，彷彿正在發生存活事件。若要啟用測試模式，請執行以下步驟：

1. 登入 Zoom 網頁入口網站。
2. 在 **電話系統管理** 子選單中，選取 **公司資訊**.
3. 按一下 **帳戶設定** 位於左上角。

6. 啟用測試模式後，必須重新啟動 ZPLS 模組。若要測試與該模組的連線，使用者應先登出再重新登入其用戶端，以註冊到 ZPLS 模組。（重新登入僅適用於測試模式，不適用於存活事件。）

### 模擬故障切換

除了測試模式之外，客戶也可以透過防火牆與網路調整來模擬故障切換。由於有測試模式，因此並非必要，但可供希望在模擬情境下測試存活解決方案穩健性的客戶使用。

若要模擬故障切換，必須限制對 Zoom Phone 網路的網際網路存取。客戶可透過封鎖本文件中 [網路埠與資料流向](#_pswiusfsww6t) 章節所列的所有連線與埠號來強制執行此限制。

當連線開始失敗後，桌面用戶端與實體 IP 電話將偵測到網路中斷，並開始故障切換至 ZPLS 模組。桌面用戶端將顯示以下訊息，以確認連線不可用：

若要確認用戶端已連線至 ZPLS 模組，請執行以下步驟：

1. 按一下用戶端右上角的個人檔案照片或圖示。
2. 按一下 **設定**.
3. 在設定選單中，選取 **統計資料**.
4. 選取 **電話** 分頁。
5. 確認 **Register Server** IP 位址和埠號與網站的 ZPLS 模組相符。
6. 如果成功連線，用戶端即在存活模式下運作。

除非模組與雲端之間的 OPTIONS keepalive ping 已失敗，否則 ZPLS 模組不會接受 SIP 註冊。除了封鎖往返雲端的 Zoom Phone 流量之外，管理員也必須確保封鎖 ZPLS 模組與 Zoom Phone 雲端之間的流量。
