# （選用）將 ZPLS 與 PSTN 整合

本節提供逐步說明，說明在可存續事件期間，如何整合 SBC 與 ZPLS 模組以進行 PSTN 連線。對於不打算將其 ZPLS 模組與 SBC 整合的客戶，無需執行此流程。不過，打算 *要* 進行整合的客戶，建議盡快完成此流程，最好在任何中斷發生之前。

### 在您的 SBC 上安裝 Zoom 的憑證

若要建立可存續的 PSTN 連線，必須在您站點的 SBC 與 ZPLS 模組之間建立 SIP 中繼。在開始此流程之前，SBC **必須**必須 [已安裝 Zoom 的 Digicert 根憑證與中繼憑證](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360044092031).

### 為內部對等互連設定 SBC（BYOC 設定）

確認您的 SBC 符合 [最低需求](#_5j9072fqrtdk) 且已設定為 [BYOC 內部對等互連](#_upyv4qcmv0q9).

### 將 SBC 新增至站點

若要開始 PSTN 整合流程，必須先將 SBC 新增至網頁入口網站，並將其與帳戶或特定站點建立關聯。若要將 SBC 新增至您的帳戶，請執行以下步驟：

1. 登入 Zoom 網頁入口網站。
2. 在 **電話系統管理** 子選單中，選取 **公司資訊**.
3. **從清單中選取站點名稱** （或按一下 **帳戶設定** 如果是單一站點設定）。
4. 選取該站點的 **設定** 分頁。

5. 找到 **路由** 子區段，以及 **會話邊界控制器**的設定。按一下 **管理** 以載入新頁面。

6. 在新頁面中，按一下左上角的藍色 **新增** 按鈕以新增 SBC。
7. 在下一個頁面中，填入下列欄位：
   1. **顯示名稱** 說明所新增的 SBC。
   2. 輸入 **公用 IP** 與 **攜碼號碼** 給 SBC。這應為指派給 SBC 的公用 IPv4 位址，並用於從雲端建立 SIP 中繼。
   3. 輸入 **可存續公用/私人位址** 與 **攜碼號碼**。這用於在 ZPLS 模組與 SBC 之間建立 SIP 中繼。

Zoom 強烈建議將 **私人** IPv4 位址作為上述值。使用私人值可避免將不必要的流量透過防火牆路由，否則可能需要複雜的路由反射規則。

8. 繼續填入欄位：
   1. 切換 **啟用中** 開關，將 SBC 標示為可供使用。
   2. 啟用 **整合內部部署 PBX**以確保 BYOC 號碼在正常運作條件下可透過雲端進行路由。
   3. 啟用 **傳送 OPTIONS ping 訊息** 以讓帳戶管理員驗證 ZPLS 模組與 Zoom Phone 雲端之間的 SBC 連線。
   4. 按一下 **儲存** 以完成。

### 設定路由群組

每個電話站點（或單一站點部署的帳戶）都需要兩個路由群組，以確保 PSTN 連線功能可與 ZPLS 模組正常運作。

1. 需要 BYOC 路由群組，以便在 Zoom Phone SIP 區域與每個站點的 SBC 之間建立 SIP 中繼。設定完成後，此 SIP 中繼會在日常（非可存續）運作期間，將撥打至 BYOC 號碼的來電導向本地站點。
2. 每個電話站點都需要可存續路由群組，以便將來自 ZPLS 模組的外撥電話導向 SBC。

#### BYOC 路由群組

若要在您的 SBC 與 Zoom Phone 資料中心之間建立 BYOC 路由群組，請執行以下步驟：

1. 登入 Zoom 網頁入口網站。

8. 選取 **會話邊界控制器** ，即前一節新增的那台。
9. 按一下 **儲存**.

#### 可存續路由群組

若要建立可存續路由群組，並將 ZPLS 模組的外撥電話導向 SBC，請執行以下步驟：

1. 重複前一節中的步驟 1-6。
2. 在彈出視窗中，輸入 **顯示名稱** 作為路由群組。

### 將可存續路由群組指派給 ZPLS 模組

建立可存續路由群組後，必須將其指派給 ZPLS 模組。若要指派路由群組，請執行以下步驟：

2. 按一下 **帳戶設定** 位於左上角。
