# Zoom Phone 本地生存能力快速指南

### 簡介

Zoom Phone 是一項雲端式電話服務，其運作依賴網際網路供應商與 Zoom 資料中心的連線。然而，當網際網路服務故障或發生影響服務的事件時，維持電話服務對於業務持續性與營運至關重要。為了解決這個問題，Zoom 提供 Zoom Phone 本地存活能力（ZPLS）模組作為一項 [Zoom Node](#_a2lvsihjp0ek) 工作負載，以在網際網路中斷時提供電話韌性。
