# Zoom Phone 本地存續性指南

### 簡介

Zoom Phone 是一項雲端電話服務，運作時仰賴網際網路供應商連線至 Zoom 的資料中心。不過，在網際網路服務故障或影響服務的事件發生時，維持電話服務對於業務持續營運與作業至關重要。為了解決這個問題，Zoom 提供 Zoom Phone Local Survivability（ZPLS）模組作為一項 [Zoom Node](#_a2lvsihjp0ek) 工作負載，以在網際網路中斷時提供電話韌性。

在存續性事件期間，使用者會註冊到 ZPLS 模組，該模組會提供基本電話服務——例如內部通話——直到完整服務得以恢復。客戶可透過將 ZPLS 模組與本地部署的私有分支交換機（PBX）系統或客戶自備電信業者（BYOC）整合，將通話路由至公共交換電話網路（PSTN），以擴充此功能。
