# Zoom Phone 本地存續性

ZPLS 模組支援存活性分配群組（SDG），可在存活性事件期間提供更精細的通話路由設定。透過 SDG，企業可將內部通話與撥入的 PSTN 通話路由至單一使用者、一組使用者（類似於通話佇列或共用群組）、IVR 選單、另一個電話號碼，或在必要時路由至另一個 SDG。

雖然 SDG 不具備標準運作狀態下通話佇列、共用線路群組或自動接待員的完整功能，但 SDG 仍可持續支援企業的關鍵通話路由需求，直到正常運作恢復為止。
