# 注意事項
#### Zoom Phone 不是手機的替代品
Zoom Phone 原生號碼以及移轉至 Zoom Phone 的號碼幾乎都會被視為網際網路語音通訊協定（VoIP）電話號碼，且在某些國家/地區，其功能可能與僅歸類為行動電話的號碼不同。
例如，雙因素驗證供應商可能不支援 VoIP 電話號碼。因此，如果與雙因素驗證相關聯的行動電話號碼移轉至 Zoom Phone，使用者可能就無法再核准驗證提示。\
此外，Zoom Phone 需要資料連線，例如 Wi-Fi 或 4G/5G，才能從行動裝置撥打和接聽電話。使用者在沒有現有資料連線的情況下，無法撥打基於行動訊號的電話。

目前 Zoom Phone 僅在澳洲和英國提供可歸類為行動電話的號碼以支援 SMS。其他所有 Zoom Phone 提供的號碼皆歸類為 VoIP 號碼。

#### 對於高度依賴 Wi-Fi 的公司，Wi-Fi 場地勘查可能會有所幫助
由於無線連線的特性，訊號干擾、覆蓋範圍限制與頻寬波動等因素可能會引發品質問題，進而造成通訊可靠性與清晰度的潛在中斷或降低。因此，高度依賴 Wi-Fi 連線的企業應考慮進行無線現場勘測，因為這有助於確保無線存取點與天線針對您的設施進行最佳化，降低與品質相關問題發生的可能性。
#### 電力或網際網路中斷可能會影響緊急服務的可用性
由於 Zoom Phone 是 VoIP 電信服務供應商，裝置需要網際網路連線才能撥打和接聽電話。因此，在發生緊急情況時，包括停電或本地網際網路中斷，啟用類比電話轉接器的裝置可能無法撥出電話。
為因應這些情況，建議企業透過類比電話線路或行動裝置的 4G/5G 連線，為緊急資源（例如保全、消防與電梯專線）準備替代電話服務。
#### 電話號碼無法在帳戶之間輕易或動態地移動，包括子帳戶

#### 將通話轉接至外部號碼可能會在通話期間產生按量計費費用
在某些情況下，透過 PSTN 將通話轉接至外部號碼可能會產生按量計費的額外費用。這種情況主要發生在通話佇列、自動接待員或使用按量計費通話方案的使用者將通話轉接至外部號碼時，例如下班後的第三方聯絡中心或個人手機。在這些情況下，帳戶將在轉接通話的整段期間產生費用。
使用者與 Zoom Phone 管理員必須先同意可能產生的費用，才能儲存任何具備 PSTN 轉接功能的設定；不過，帳戶管理員可以 [限制此設定](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb\&sysparm_article=KB0067865) 事先加以限制，甚至完全移除此功能。
