# 網路設定

由於 Zoom Phone 採用雲端架構，與傳統地端電話系統相比，為您的網路設定 Zoom Phone 要容易得多。從最簡單的角度來看，使用者需要兩個關鍵條件才能成功撥打電話：可用的網際網路連線與開放的網路連接埠。只要使用者能夠順利維持與 Zoom Phone 資料中心的連線，且必要的連接埠未被封鎖，Zoom Phone 即可在您的網路中使用。

然而，儘管基礎原理很簡單，隨著客戶環境變得越來越複雜，仍有其他網路元件需要考慮。

### 網路區段

在規劃您的 Zoom Phone 環境時，請務必確認所有網路區段（例如負載平衡器、防火牆、自訂 VLAN 等）都依照我們的 [防火牆文件](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb\&sysparm_article=KB0060548)。若未從網路區段提供必要的連線能力，可能會影響使用者、佈建或整體 Zoom Phone 體驗。

### 服務品質（QoS）

對於服務品質（QoS）設定，Zoom 支援兩種 DSCP 標記方式：Zoom 內建的應用程式層 DSCP 標記，以及手動 DSCP 標記。

#### Zoom 的應用程式層 DSCP 標記

客戶可從 Zoom 網頁入口網站啟用 Zoom 內建的 DSCP 標記功能。啟用後，Zoom Workplace 桌面版、行動版與 Zoom Rooms 應用程式（6.0 以上版本），以及大多數通過 Zoom 認證的 Cisco、Yealink 和 Poly IP 話機，將在應用程式層以已設定的 DSCP 標記傳送 Zoom Phone 音訊封包。

### 虛擬私人網路（VPN）

Zoom Phone 支援透過虛擬私人網路（VPN）連線使用；然而，請注意，這些連線可能會降低通話品質、增加延遲時間，並顯著影響您的 VPN 頻寬使用量。

### DHCP 選項

若啟用，DHCP 選項 66 與 161 可能會干擾 [零接觸佈建](/technical-library/zh-tw/zoom-workplace/zoom-phone/zoom-phone-bluepaper/admin-experience.md#zero-touch-provisioning) （ZTP）在某些裝置上的運作。若大量使用 ZTP，或在網路內使用多家電話裝置製造商，建議客戶不要設定這些選項。
