# 美國、加拿大與波多黎各攜碼
### 時程與啟用窗口
#### 號碼攜碼需要多久？
這些為指引與平均時程，且會因原電信業者的工作負載而隨時變動。
* **標準攜碼** （100 個號碼或更少）：4-21 天
* **大多數行動電話號碼**：4 個工作天
* **主要業者的市話號碼**：7 個工作天
* **較小業者的市話號碼** （包括加拿大）：10-21 個工作天
* **專案攜碼** （101 個以上號碼）：視複雜程度而定，需 3-4 週
* 我們的 Zoom Phone 企業解決方案團隊可依個案協助設定適當的預期時間
#### 我的攜碼何時進行？

#### 如何申請號碼攜碼

**附註**
您可以一次透過 Zoom 網頁入口網站攜碼最多 100 個號碼。如果您需要攜碼超過 100 個號碼，您可以 [申請專案攜碼](#project-port-101-numbers).

1. **登入** 到 [Zoom 網頁入口網站](https://zoom.us/signin)
2. 在導覽選單中，按一下 **號碼管理** 然後 **電話號碼**.
3. 在左上角，按一下 **新增號碼**，然後按一下 **攜碼號碼**.
4. 按一下 **產品** 下拉式選單，並選取您要將號碼攜碼到的產品（Phone 或 Contact Center）。
5. 輸入號碼，然後按一下 **檢查可攜性** 以確認有效性。
6. 按一下 **下一步**.
7. (**適用於 Zoom Phone 的選填項目**）輸入一組現有電話號碼，當攜碼程序完成時，該號碼將會被攜入的號碼取代。
* 這可讓您在攜碼過程中使用臨時電話號碼。
* **附註**：指定現有電話號碼不會使用額外授權。被替換掉的號碼將會從您的帳戶中移除。

* **帳單電話號碼**：輸入發票上所示的貴公司電話號碼。

* 請勿輸入免付費號碼。
* **公司**：輸入發票上所示的貴公司名稱。請勿輸入業者名稱。
* **授權人員**：輸入獲授權提出號碼攜碼申請的人的姓名。
* **地址**：輸入服務地址。服務地址可能與帳單地址不同。
* **帳號** (**選填**）：輸入您目前業者的帳號，如發票上所示。所有行動電話攜碼以及部分 VoIP 業者都需要此項資訊。
* **PIN** (**選填**）：輸入您目前業者提供的 PIN 或密碼。所有行動電話攜碼以及部分 VoIP 業者都需要此項資訊。
* **CRD** (**選填**）：指定客戶要求日期，也就是號碼攜碼的偏好日期。此日期僅盡力安排，無法保證。若未指定日期，Zoom 將會申請最早可行日期。

11. 按一下 **提交**.
