# 號碼攜碼與管理指南

### 攜碼前您需要知道的事項
#### 先決條件
* 號碼管理管理員權限
* Zoom Phone 或 Zoom Contact Center 授權
* 已完成 Zoom Phone 初始設定
* 您目前電信業者提供的帳號號碼（如適用）
* 若為無線號碼，則需提供您的 4 位數 PIN 碼（所有無線攜碼皆必須）
### 攜碼關鍵概念
#### 失去業務的供應商
這是您目前的服務供應商——您為這些號碼付費的電信業者。失去業務的供應商名稱必須一律列在您的攜碼 LOA 上。
#### DID/DDI（直撥入線／直接撥入）區塊是一組連續的號碼
DID/DDI 區塊是一組連續的號碼，中間沒有任何間隔或遺漏號碼。若服務電話供應商已在其網路上將您的號碼建立為 DID/DDI 區塊，那麼當您離開時，他們可能只允許以 DID/DDI 區塊的形式將這些號碼攜出。

#### BYOC（Bring Your Own Carrier，自備電信業者）號碼攜碼會將現有 BYOC 號碼移轉至原生 Zoom Phone
BYOC 轉原生攜碼可讓您將既有的 BYOC 號碼從 BYOC 移轉至 Zoom Phone。
#### 可攜碼的號碼類型
* 本地或地理號碼：Zoom 通常可在支援的國家／地區攜入本地號碼。是否能攜碼也取決於我們的攜碼合作夥伴是否與號碼登記的本地電信業者維持有效的互連協議（ICA）。
* 免付費或非地理號碼：Zoom 通常可攜入美國、加拿大及其他某些地區的免付費號碼，但須視電信業者安排與當地法規而定。
