# ZRA 的運作方式

### Zoom Revenue Accelerator 的洞察由轉錄分析驅動

### Zoom Revenue Accelerator 包含可用於查詢對話與資料的 AI 驅動工具

### Zoom Revenue Accelerator 可錄製並分析在外部平台及面對面進行的會議

Zoom Revenue Accelerator 支援在外部平台上進行的會議錄製與分析，包括 Microsoft Teams 和 Google Meet。Zoom Recorder 會以參與者身分加入這些會議，擷取音訊與視訊，並將錄製內容傳送至 Zoom Revenue Accelerator 以進行轉錄與分析。當 Zoom Recorder 加入時，會自動通知會議參與者。帳戶擁有者與管理員可透過行事曆整合設定自動或手動邀請錄製器。

對於在第三方平台上舉行的會議，Zoom Recorder 會優先使用主辦者的錄製器，而非其他參與者的錄製器，以確保主辦者仍可掌控錄製指派。

也支援面對面會議。當使用者錄製面對面會議並將其指定供 Zoom Revenue Accelerator 處理時，錄製內容會在完成後轉錄，並針對說話者分離、主題及其他洞察進行分析。

第三方會議資料會透過 Conversation Source 欄位在 Zoom Revenue Accelerator 中追蹤，該欄位可區分會議來源，包括 Zoom Meeting、Zoom Phone、Zoom Contact Center、Microsoft Teams、Google Meet，以及面對面會議。
