# ZRA 如何運作

### Zoom Revenue Accelerator 的洞察以轉錄分析為驅動

### Zoom Revenue Accelerator 包含可查詢對話與資料的 AI 驅動工具&#xD;

Zoom Revenue Accelerator 包含 AI 驅動的查詢工具，可在個別與彙總層級探索對話內容。

Conversation Explorer 可讓使用者針對單一會議逐字稿提交自然語言問題，並接收從該對話內容擷取的 AI 生成答案。此功能可從「對話詳細資料」頁面存取，且管理員可在帳戶層級啟用或停用。使用者可以複製或重新產生答案，並評分回應品質。可自訂的提示詞資料庫讓使用者與管理員能建立、編輯與管理 Conversation Explorer 的提示詞，進而產生符合特定工作流程的客製化摘要。管理員可決定回傳至 CRM 的摘要內容，並限制使用者修改提示詞。

Ask ZRA 將查詢能力擴展至多個資料來源，讓使用者可使用自然語言查詢交易、帳戶、分析與探索資料。最多可同時查詢 60 個對話、交易和／或帳戶。

### Zoom Revenue Accelerator 會錄製並分析在外部平台與現場舉行的會議

Zoom Revenue Accelerator 支援對在外部平台上進行的會議進行錄製與分析，包括 Microsoft Teams 和 Google Meet。Zoom Recorder 會以參與者身分加入這些會議，擷取音訊與視訊，並將錄影傳送至 Zoom Revenue Accelerator 以進行轉錄與分析。當 Zoom Recorder 加入時，會自動通知會議參與者。帳戶擁有者與管理員可透過行事曆整合設定自動或手動的錄製器邀請。

對於在第三方平台上舉行的會議，Zoom Recorder 會優先使用主持人的錄製器，而非其他參與者的錄製器，確保主持人保有錄製指派的控制權。

也支援現場會議。當使用者錄製現場會議並將其指定供 Zoom Revenue Accelerator 處理時，錄影會在完成後轉錄，並針對說話者分離、主題及其他洞察進行分析。

第三方會議資料會透過 Conversation Source 欄位在 Zoom Revenue Accelerator 中加以追蹤，該欄位可區分會議來源，包括 Zoom Meeting、Zoom Phone、Zoom Contact Center、Microsoft Teams、Google Meet 及現場會議。
