# Zoom 人力管理報表

以下各節概述 Zoom Workforce Management 中可用的不同報表與資料。

### 即時依循報表

### 歷史依循報表

與即時依循報表類似， *歷史* 依循報表可提供特定時間範圍內代理人依循表現的摘要，單一報表最多可涵蓋 30 天。

檢視包含多天的歷史報表時，報表會先顯示使用者在指定時間範圍內的平均依循率；不過，主管可以展開使用者的平均報表，並檢視其每天的依循情況。

### 排程活動報表

排程活動報表提供過去與未來日期已排定代理人活動的詳細摘要，並以視覺化方式呈現每項活動每日分配的時間。主管可依個別或多位代理人、特定活動及排程群組篩選報表，以協助確保人力配置正確並維持服務水準。此報表也可匯出為 CSV，方便協作與深入檢視工作排程，並提升資源管理與規劃效率。

### 日內報表

管理員與主管可檢視日內報表，將排程的預測準確度與前一日或當日的互動量進行比較。這使主管能夠辨識預測差異，並在某一天的互動量明顯偏離預測時做出動態的人力配置決策。
