# 疑難排解

<mark style="color:藍色;">**如何從 Zoom Workplace VDI 應用程式與 Plug-In 產生並收集日誌**</mark>

VDI 主機安裝程式內建日誌收集工具，讓使用者能輕鬆產生並收集日誌，以便轉交給 Zoom 支援進行診斷調查。這些日誌可用於疑難排解與 Zoom Workplace VDI 應用程式相關的特定問題，但僅應在需要時使用。

請使用 **LogLevel** 政策來在啟用日誌前設定正確等級。預設值為「0」，會停用記錄功能。大多數疑難排解都需要將 LogLevel 設為「4」，以提供最多的記錄資料。

如果目前的 Plug-In 版本高於正在安裝的 Plug-In 版本，就會發生此錯誤。若要解決，請確認目前已安裝的 Plug-In 版本是否比正在安裝的版本更新。如果確認無誤，請解除安裝現有的 Plug-In，並重新嘗試失敗的安裝套件。
