## **會議中的指示**

以下各節說明使用者如何辨識已在會議中啟用的 Zoom AI 功能。

### Zoom AI 會議問題與會議摘要

當會議中的 Zoom AI 功能「會議問題」和「會議摘要」已在會議中啟用時，與會者會在會議視窗右上角看到亮起的 AI 閃光圖示。將滑鼠移至該圖示上方時，參與者可以查看目前有哪些這些 AI 功能已為會議啟用，以及是否正在產生「會議摘要」的逐字稿。

如果需要，參與者可以要求會議主持人停用這些 Zoom AI 功能，並可選擇刪除截至當時由 Zoom AI 產生的資產。對於「我的筆記」，在停止轉錄之前已產生的逐字稿部分仍可供啟動「我的筆記」的參與者存取。如果主持人也刪除相關會議資產，則使用「我的筆記」產生的逐字稿也會被刪除，除非參與者在主持人停止轉錄之前已完成並儲存逐字稿。

### My Notes

當 Zoom 會議中的「我的筆記」已開啟時，會議中的每位參與者都會看到一則橫幅，表示該會議正在轉錄，除非他們已選擇不再顯示。使用者可在 Zoom 用戶端設定中重設會議免責聲明，以再次顯示這些橫幅。

## AI 代理

當聊天頻道中有 AI 代理時，訊息方塊上方會顯示通知，內容為 **有 AI 代理**.
