# (Tùy chọn) Bật chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi trong một Sự kiện duy trì hoạt động
Như [đã nêu trước đó](#_iyu0s6qx0yh), việc chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi để đảm bảo khả năng duy trì phải được Tắt trong các hoạt động Kinh doanh thường ngày để duy trì Định tuyến đám mây Zoom Phone. Tuy nhiên, khi xảy ra một Sự kiện ảnh hưởng đến khả năng duy trì, việc chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi phải được Bật từ Cổng thông tin web của Zoom bằng kết nối internet đang hoạt động. Sau khi được Bật, các cuộc gọi được thực hiện đến các số đã đăng ký Zoom Phone sẽ được định tuyến lại qua Mạng điện thoại chuyển tiếp công cộng đến SBC tại chỗ. Để Bật chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi, hãy thực hiện các bước sau:
1. Đăng nhập vào Cổng thông tin web của Zoom.
2. Trong [**Trung tâm quản trị viên**](https://zoom.com/account) trong menu điều hướng, nhấp vào **Cấu hình sản phẩm**, sau đó **hệ thống điện thoại**, sau đó [**Thông tin công ty**](https://zoom.com/pbx/page/telephone/settings#/settings).
3. **Chọn tên cơ sở** từ danh sách (hoặc nhấp vào **Cài đặt tài khoản** nếu là cấu hình một cơ sở).

7. Một cửa sổ bật lên sẽ xuất hiện để xác nhận việc Bật chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi. Nhấp vào **Bật** để xác nhận.
8. Chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi hiện đã được Bật cho những người dùng đã chọn. Lặp lại quy trình khi cần thiết cho số lượng người dùng hoặc trang phù hợp.
9. Khi Sự kiện ảnh hưởng đến khả năng duy trì kết thúc, hãy lặp lại quy trình này đến bước 6. Thay vào đó, nhấp vào **Tắt chuyển tiếp** và xác nhận khi được nhắc để xóa chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi cho các số đã chọn.
