# الولايات المتحدة/كندا—تسليم عناوين PIDF-LO

في الولايات المتحدة وكندا، عندما تتعامل خدمات Zoom مع مكالمات الطوارئ، يُضمَّن العنوان المُكتشَف مباشرةً في إشارات المكالمة باستخدام بروتوكول PIDF-LO. وهذا مستقل عن معرّف المتصل.

**مسار الولايات المتحدة/كندا:** يطلب المستخدم 911 **→** تكتشف Zoom الموقع عبر بيانات الشبكة **→** يُضمَّن العنوان القابل للإرسال في المكالمة عبر PIDF-LO **→** تتلقى نقطة الرد المتعلقة بالسلامة العامة العنوان مباشرةً: لا حاجة إلى البحث في قاعدة البيانات.

#### الفوائد الرئيسية

* **لا حاجة إلى ELINs** — ينتقل العنوان في إشارة المكالمة، وليس مرتبطًا برقم هاتف

#### الخيار الاحتياطي عند عدم تطابق الموقع (الولايات المتحدة/كندا)

إذا لم يتم العثور على تطابق على الشبكة وكان الجهاز لا يحتوي على GPS:
