## طلبات تغيير الجدولة

يمكن للوكلاء المصرح لهم طلب إضافة أو تغيير أو حذف النشاط المجدول الخاص بهم أو وقت بدء/انتهاء نشاط من جدولهم. يتيح ذلك للوكلاء المرونة لطلب تغييرات فورية على جدولهم في حالة الظروف غير المتوقعة أو لنقل استراحة إلى وقت مختلف. إذا وافق المشرف، فسيتم تطبيق النشاط المعدّل تلقائيًا على جدول المستخدم.

## طلبات خارج المكتب

على غرار طلبات تغيير الجدولة، يمكن للوكلاء استخدام البوابة الإلكترونية لـ Workforce Management لطلب إجازة. إذا وافق المشرف، فسيتم تطبيق نشاط خارج المكتب ذي الصلة تلقائيًا على جدول المستخدم.

## لوحة الوكلاء

يمكن لمشرفي Workforce Management نشر فرص العمل الإضافي أو الأنشطة الأخرى على لوحة الرسائل ليقبلها الوكلاء. يمكن للمشرفين تحديد الأيام التي يُعرض فيها العمل الإضافي، والسماح للوكلاء باختيار الأيام المفضلة لديهم، وتعيين حدود مثل كتلة عمل إضافي واحدة لكل وكيل أو الحد الأقصى لعدد الفتحات المتاحة للعمل الإضافي إجمالًا.
