### الويب

تستخدم جميع اتصالات مستخدم بموقع زووم الإلكتروني تشفير TLS 1.2 أو 1.3، وشهادات PKI صادرة عن جهة موثوقة لإصدار الشهادات التجارية. تعتمد قوة تشفير وأنواع التشفير المحددة المستخدمة للاتصالات بالموقع الإلكتروني على المتصفح المستخدم للوصول إلى موقع ونتائج طريقة التشفير المشتركة التي تم التفاوض عليها.

### الوسائط في الوقت الفعلي

تتم حماية الوسائط في الوقت الفعلي في Zoom مركز الاتصال (صوت والفيديو ومشاركة الشاشة) باستخدام تشفير 256-bit معيار التشفير المتقدم-GCM بين برامج Zoom client المدعومة وداخل مراكز بيانات زووم. تخضع أي مكالمات تعبر شبكة الهاتف العامة المترابطة لتقدير شركة الاتصالات الأساسية وقد لا تكون مشفرة.
