# تكوين QM تلقائيًا

يمكن للمسؤولين تكوين قواعد الأتمتة من **إدارة الجودة** علامة تبويب في الإعدادات الخاصة بـ Zoom مركز الاتصال.

لإعداد Auto QM:

1. انتقل إلى\
   **بوابة المسؤول > إدارة مركز الاتصال > إدارة الجودة > إضافة الأتمتة**.

3. يحدد إجراء تقييم:
   * يعيّن إلى المُقيِّم
   * استخدم تسجيل نقاط الذكاء الاصطناعي
   * طابور للمراجعة اليدوية
4. حدِّد نافذة تقييم:
   * في الوقت الفعلي
   * يوميًا
   * محدود
   * والمزيد

## تفاصيل الترخيص

يتوفر Auto QM كميزة ضمن **وحدة Zoom لإدارة الجودة** وهي مكون إضافي اختياري لـ **Zoom مركز الاتصال**.

يتضمن Zoom مركز الاتصال Elite ميزة Auto QM، أو يمكن شراؤها كترخيص مستقل لكل مقعد. يجب تمكين وحدة Zoom لإدارة الجودة لكي تعمل Auto QM.
