# التكامل مع Workforce Management

**متطلب إعداد حاسم**: في تفضيلات Zoom Workforce Management الخاصة بك، انتقل إلى علامة تبويب Agent Status Mapping. يجب ربط نشاط "phone" (والأنشطة المشابهة الأخرى) ليتوافق مع حالتي الوكيل "Ready" و"Occupied" معًا.
