För att utföra ett Zoom Phone-nätverksanslutningstest i Zoom Workplace app för Windows, gör följande steg:\\

1. Öppna Zoom Workplace app på skrivbordet.
2. Press **Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D** för att öppna Nätverksdiagnostikverktyget (kräver version 5.13.10 eller högre).
3. Klicka på **Telefontest** alternativ.

För att utföra ett Zoom Phone-nätverksanslutningstest i Zoom Workplace app för Mac, gör följande steg:

1. Öppna Zoom Workplace app på skrivbordet.
2. Press Cmd+Option+Shift+D för att öppna Nätverksdiagnostikverktyget (kräver version 5.13.10).
3. Klicka på alternativet Telefontest.
4. På följande skärm klickar du på Testa.
