# Workforce Management (WFM) integreringar

Med Occupied Rules kan agenter visas som "Ready" även när de aktivt arbetar med kundärenden — de har helt enkelt inte nått sin tröskel för att räknas som Occupied ännu. Detta kan inledningsvis oroa WFM-team som förväntar sig att agenter med statusen "upptagen" ska visas som "Occupied".

**Kritiskt installationskrav**: I dina Zoom Workforce Management (WFM)-inställningar går du till fliken för Agent Status Mapping. Aktiviteten "phone" (och andra liknande aktiviteter) måste mappas så att den motsvarar både agentstatusarna "Ready" och "Occupied".

**Varför detta fungerar:**
