# (Optioneel) Het doorschakelen van bellen inschakelen tijdens een Survivability-gebeurtenis

Als [zoals eerder vermeld](#_iyu0s6qx0yh), om de continuïteit te waarborgen, moet doorschakelen van bellen voor beschikbaarheidscontinuïteit tijdens reguliere Zakelijke werkzaamheden zijn uitgeschakeld om Zoom Phone Cloud-routering te behouden. Wanneer zich echter een Evenement voor beschikbaarheidscontinuïteit voordoet, moet bellen doorschakelen worden Inschakelen via de Zoom-webportal met een werkende internetverbinding. Zodra dit is ingeschakeld, worden bellen naar Zoom Phone-geregistreerde nummers opnieuw gerouteerd via het PSTN naar de SBC ter plaatse. Om bellen doorschakelen Inschakelen, voert u de volgende stappen uit:

1. Meld u aan bij de Zoom-webportal.
2. Onder de **Telefoonsysteembeheer** submenu, Selecteer **Bedrijfsinfo**.
3. **Selecteer de locatienaam** uit de lijst (of klik op **account Instellingen** bij een configuratie met één locatie).
4. Selecteer het Tabblad van de locatie **Instellingen** tabblad.
5. Op het volgende Scherm, zoek de **Zoom Node** subsectie en de instelling voor **Lokale survivability voor bellen doorschakelen**. Klik op **Beheren** om een nieuwe pagina te laden.

6. Op de volgende pagina, Selecteer de afzonderlijke nummers, of vink het bovenste vakje aan om alle nummers op de pagina te selecteren, en klik op **Doorschakelen Inschakelen**.

7. Er verschijnt een Pop-up ter bevestiging van het Inschakelen van doorschakelen van bellen. Klik op **Inschakelen** om te bevestigen.
8. Doorschakelen van bellen is nu ingeschakeld voor geselecteerde gebruikers. Herhaal het proces indien nodig voor zoveel gebruikers of pagina's als van toepassing.
9. Wanneer het survivability Evenement voorbij is, herhaal dit proces tot stap 6. Klik in plaats daarvan op **Doorschakelen Uitschakelen** en bevestig wanneer daarom wordt gevraagd om doorschakelen van bellen voor de geselecteerde nummers te verwijderen.
