# Problemen oplossen

### Netwerkconnectiviteitstesttool

De desktopapp van Zoom Workplace voor Mac en Windows bevat een ingebouwde Netwerkconnectiviteitstesttool die kan bevestigen dat het Apparaat van een gebruiker succesvol kan communiceren met de datacenters van Zoom Phone.

Volg de onderstaande stappen om een Zoom Phone-netwerkconnectiviteitstest uit te voeren in de Zoom Workplace Windows-desktopapp:\\

1. Open de Zoom Workplace app op je desktop.
2. In de pers **Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D** om de Netwerkdiagnosetool te openen (vereist versie 5.13.10 of hoger).
3. Klik op de **Phone Test** optie.

4. Klik op Test op het volgende Scherm.
5. De resultaten worden na voltooiing weergegeven.

Volg de onderstaande stappen om een Zoom Phone-netwerkconnectiviteitstest uit te voeren in de Zoom Workplace Mac-desktopapp:

1. Open de Zoom Workplace app op je desktop.
2. Druk op Cmd+Option+Shift+D om de Netwerkdiagnosetool te openen (vereist versie 5.13.10).
3. Klik op de optie Phone Test.
4. Klik op Test op het volgende Scherm.
5. De resultaten worden na voltooiing weergegeven.
