# Problemen oplossen

### Tool voor netwerkconnectiviteitstest

De desktop-app Zoom Workplace voor Mac en Windows bevat een ingebouwde Tool voor netwerkconnectiviteitstest die kan bevestigen dat het Apparaat van een gebruiker succesvol kan communiceren met de datacenters van Zoom Phone.

Om een Zoom Phone-netwerkconnectiviteitstest uit te voeren in de Zoom Workplace Windows-desktopapp, voert u de volgende stappen uit:\\

1. Open de Zoom Workplace app op uw bureaublad.
2. In de pers **Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D** om de Tool voor netwerkdiagnostiek te openen (vereist versie 5.13.10 of hoger).
3. Klik op de **Telefoontest** optie.

4. Klik op het volgende Scherm op Test.
5. De resultaten worden na voltooiing weergegeven.

Om een Zoom Phone-netwerkconnectiviteitstest uit te voeren in de Zoom Workplace Mac-desktopapp, voert u de volgende stappen uit:

1. Open de Zoom Workplace app op uw bureaublad.
2. Druk op Cmd+Option+Shift+D om de Tool voor netwerkdiagnostiek te openen (vereist versie 5.13.10).
3. Klik op de optie Telefoontest.
4. Klik op het volgende Scherm op Test.
5. De resultaten worden na voltooiing weergegeven.
