# Beperkingen

Quality Management is momenteel niet Beschikbaar voor sterk gereguleerde Branches die specifieke nalevingseisen kunnen hebben. Daarnaast is Quality Management op dit moment niet Beschikbaar voor Klanten van Zoom voor de overheid.

#### <mark style="color:blauw;">Quality Management is niet compatibel met end-to-end versleutelde (E2EE) vergaderingen of telefoongesprekken</mark>

[End-to-end versleuteld](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360048660871-End-to-end-E2EE-encryption-for-meetings) (E2EE)-vergaderingen en telefoongesprekken ondersteunen geen Cloud-opnamen of live transcripties als onderdeel van de service. Daarom zijn E2EE-vergaderingen en telefoongesprekken niet compatibel met de analyse van Quality Management.

#### <mark style="color:blauw;">Auto QM heeft licentie-, transcriptie- en toezichtvereisten</mark>

Auto QM vereist een Zoom contactcenter Elite-licentie of een afzonderlijke Auto QM-aankoop. Nauwkeurige AI-evaluatie is afhankelijk van de transcriptiekwaliteit. Een eerste configuratie- en kalibratieperiode kan vereist zijn. AI-evaluaties moeten door leidinggevenden worden beoordeeld voor context.

#### <mark style="color:blauw;">Ask QM heeft Access-, nauwkeurigheids- en sessievereisten</mark>

Ask QM vereist rechten van de accounteigenaar of beheerder voor volledige functionaliteit. De nauwkeurigheid van natuurlijke-taalverwerking is afhankelijk van de complexiteit van de query. Integratie(s)-mogelijkheden kunnen variëren per systeem van derden. Sessiescontext wordt alleen binnen afzonderlijke querysessies behouden.
