# sms en 10DLC

Zoom contactcenter ondersteunt Short Message Service (sms) (d.w\.z. tekstberichten) en Multimedia berichtenverkeer Service (MMS) (d.w\.z. fotoberichten) via het berichtenverkeer contactpersoon-kanaal. Om sms te gebruiken of ervoor in aanmerking te komen, moet Zakelijk echter voldoen aan [nalevingsvereisten voor 10-cijferige lange code (10DLC)](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb\&sysparm_article=KB0059336).
