# Gegevensopslag

Zoom contactcenter-opslag is van toepassing op Zoom contactcenter-opnamen, voicemails en assets die worden gehost in de Asset Library. Accountbeheerders kunnen de huidige opslagconsumptie van Zoom contactcenter bepalen via de [Opslagrapport](/technical-library/nl/zakelijke-diensten/zoom-contact-center/zoom-customer-experience/analytics-and-reporting/account-level-reports.md#storage-report).

Elke Zoom contactcenter-licentie bevat een basisopslagcapaciteit, die varieert op basis van licentietype (named of concurrent) en tier (Essentials, Premium of Elite). De volgende tabel geeft de details van de opslag Capaciteit voor elk licentietype en elke tier, schaalbaar met het aantal aangeschafte licenties:

Zoom contactcenter-gegevensopslagpools voor elke licentie, en is specifiek voor de service. Beschouw bijvoorbeeld de volgende tabel:

Deze gepoolde Capaciteit is uitsluitend toegewezen aan Zoom contactcenter (opnamen, voicemailberichten, Asset Library) en wordt niet gecombineerd met opslag van andere Zoom-diensten.

Als het nodig is, kunnen Zoom contactcenter Klanten ook extra opslag Kopen als Add-on(s), omdat er mogelijk kosten voor overschrijding van toepassing zijn als u uw opslaglimiet van uw account overschrijdt. Als dit van toepassing is op uw Zakelijk, spreek met uw Zoom-account team voor meer informatie over het Kopen van extra opslag.

**Waarschuwing**\
Naast extra kosten voor overschrijding kan het overschrijden van de toegewezen opslagruimte van een account leiden tot het verwijderen van **opnamen** op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. Dit geldt niet voor voicemail of andere opgenomen assets.
