# Beschikbaarheid

Leer welke accounts automatisch de nieuwe Groepen-ervaring krijgen en wanneer bestaande accounts migratietoegang nodig hebben.

### De nieuwe Groep-ervaring wordt uitgerold op basis van accounttype en Groep-aantal

#### <mark style="color:blauw;">Nieuwe accounts die na januari 2026 worden aangemaakt, worden automatisch Standaard ingesteld op de nieuwe beheerervaring voor groepen en Instellingen</mark>

Accounts die na januari 2026 worden aangemaakt, worden vanaf het begin ingericht met de nieuwe ervaring voor Groep- en Instellingenbeheer. Deze accounts hoeven geen migratie te voltooien. De nieuwe ervaring is hun Standaard model voor Groepbeheer.

#### <mark style="color:blauw;">Bestaande accounts met nul of één Groep per januari 2026 zijn automatisch bijgewerkt naar de nieuwe ervaring</mark>

Bestaande accounts die in januari 2026 nul of één Groep hadden, zijn automatisch bijgewerkt naar de nieuwe Groep- en Instellingenbeheerervaring. Omdat deze accounts geen configuraties met meerdere Groepen hadden die Instellingenconflicten konden veroorzaken, kon de update worden doorgevoerd zonder actie van een beheerder of een migratiewizard.

#### <mark style="color:blauw;">Bestaande accounts met twee of meer groepen moeten Access aanvragen voor de migratiestroom</mark>

Bestaande accounts met twee of meer groepen vanaf januari 2026 moeten toegang aanvragen voor de zelfbedieningsmigratiestroom. Om activering aan te vragen, contactpersoon [Zoom-ondersteuning](https://support.zoom.com/) en dien een nieuw verzoek in voor "Inschakelen van Nieuw groepsbeheer op mijn account."

Zodra de migratiestroom is ingeschakeld op het account, kunnen beheerders de migratie-assistent gebruiken om de overgang te voltooien op een tijdstip dat voor hun Organisatie werkt.
