# 注意事項
#### Zoom Phoneは携帯電話の代替ではありません
Zoom Phoneネイティブ公衆網接続の電話番号およびZoom Phoneにポートされた電話番号は、ほぼ常にVoIP電話番号と見なされ、国によってはモバイル専用に分類される番号と比べて異なる機能を持つ場合があります。
たとえば、2要素認証プロバイダーはVoIP電話番号をサポートしていない場合があります。その結果、2要素認証に関連付けられた携帯番号がZoom Phoneにポートされると、ユーザーは認証プロンプトを承認できなくなる可能性があります。\
また、Zoom Phoneでモバイルデバイスから通話の発信と着信を行うには、Wi-Fiや4G/5Gなどのデータ接続が必要です。既存のデータ接続がなければ、ユーザーは携帯回線ベースの通話を発信できません。

#### 停電やインターネット障害は緊急サービスの利用可否に影響を与える可能性があります
Zoom PhoneはVoIPテレフォニーのプロバイダーであるため、通話の発信と着信にはデバイスにインターネット接続が必要です。そのため、停電や地域のインターネット障害などの緊急事態では、アナログ電話アダプター対応デバイスが発信できない場合があります。
こうしたシナリオに備え、企業は、警備、消防、エレベーター回線などの緊急用リソース向けに、アナログ電話回線またはモバイルデバイスの4G/5G接続を通じた代替のテレフォニーサービスを用意することが推奨されます。
#### 電話番号はサブアカウントを含め、アカウント間で簡単に、または動的に移動できません
Zoom Phoneネイティブの電話番号およびZoom Phoneにポートされた番号は、サブアカウントを含め、アカウント間で動的に移行できません。サブアカウント間で電話番号の移行が必要なアカウントについては、手順についてZoomのヘルプセンターを参照してください [アカウント間で電話番号を移行する方法](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb\&sysparm_article=KB0067712).
#### 外部番号への通話転送では、通話時間に応じた従量課金が発生する場合があります
場合によっては、PSTNを介して外部番号へ通話を転送すると、通話時間に応じた追加料金が発生することがあります。これは主に、コールキュー、自動受付、または従量課金の通話プランを利用しているユーザーが、営業時間外やサードパーティのコンタクトセンター、個人の携帯電話などの外部番号に通話を転送する場合に発生します。このような場合、アカウントには転送された通話の時間分の料金が発生します。
ユーザーとZoom Phone管理者は、PSTN転送が可能な設定を保存する前に、発生する可能性のある料金に同意する必要があります。ただし、アカウント管理者は [この設定を制限する](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb\&sysparm_article=KB0067865) ことを事前に行えます。これには、この機能自体を完全に削除することも含まれます。
