# ネットワーク設定

Zoom Phoneのクラウドベースのアーキテクチャにより、ネットワーク向けにZoom Phoneを構成することは、従来のオンプレミスの電話システムと比べて大幅に容易です。最も基本的な観点では、ユーザーが通話を正常に開始するために必要な重要要素は2つあります。動作するインターネット接続と、開放されたネットワークポートです。ユーザーがZoom Phoneのデータセンターとのアクティブな接続を正常に維持でき、必要なポートがブロックされていない限り、Zoom Phoneはネットワーク内で使用可能な状態です。

ただし、この基本的なシンプルさにもかかわらず、お客様の環境がますます複雑になるにつれて、検討すべき追加のネットワークコンポーネントがあります。

### ファイアウォール

### ネットワークセグメント

クオリティオブサービス (QoS) の構成について、ZoomはDSCPタグ付けに2つのアプローチをサポートしています。Zoomの組み込みのアプリケーション層DSCPマーキングと、手動のDSCPマーキングです。

#### Zoomのアプリケーション層DSCPマーキング

お客様は、ZoomウェブポータルからZoomの組み込みDSCPマーキング機能を有効にできます。有効にすると、Zoom Workplaceのデスクトップ、モバイル、Zoom Roomsアプリ（バージョン6.0以降）、およびZoom認定のCisco、Yealink、PolyのほとんどのIP電話が、アプリケーション層で構成済みのDSCPマーキング付きのZoom Phoneオーディオパケットを送信します。

### 手動のDSCPマーキング

### 仮想プライベートネットワーク (VPN)

Zoom Phoneは仮想プライベートネットワーク (VPN) 接続上でサポートされています。ただし、これらの接続は通話品質を低下させ、遅延時間を延長し、VPNの帯域幅使用率に大きな影響を与える可能性があることに注意してください。

### DHCPオプション
