# 電話番号ポータビリティと管理のフィールドガイド

### ポーティング前に知っておくべきこと
#### 前提条件
* 番号管理の管理者権限
* Zoom Phone または Zoom コンタクトセンター の ライセンス
* Zoom Phone の初期設定を完了していること
* 現在のキャリアのアカウント番号（該当する場合）
* 携帯電話番号の場合、4桁の PIN（すべての携帯番号のポートで必須）
### ポーティングの主要な概念
#### 移転元事業者
これは現在の サービスプロバイダー、つまり番号の料金を支払っているキャリアです。移転元事業者 の名前は、ポーティング LOA に必ず記載されている必要があります。
#### DID/DDI（Direct Inward Dialing/Direct Dial Inward）ブロックは、連続した番号のセットです
DID/DDI ブロックとは、欠番や抜けのない、シーケンシャル な番号のセットです。サービス電話プロバイダーが自社ネットワーク上であなたの番号を DID/DDI ブロックとして構成している場合、あなたがその事業者を離れる際、それらの番号は DID/DDI ブロックとしてのみ移行を許可されることがあります。
