Zoom ハブを使用すると、ユーザーはファイルを開いたり、各ドキュメントを手動で検索したりすることなく、Zoom ハブから直接、ファイルに関する質問を Zoom AI Companion に行えます。Zoom ハブのファイル一覧からファイルを選択すると、ユーザーは AI Companion に特定の情報の取得、要約の作成、またはそのファイルからの洞察の抽出を依頼できます。

この機能は、データテーブル、ドキュメント、要約ドキュメント、ミーティング議題、ミーティング、ホワイトボード、クリップ、レコーディングを含む、幅広いファイル形式をサポートします。ユーザーは、スラッシュ（ / ）を使ってファイルコンテンツをシームレスに挿入してアクセスすることで、AI Companion サイドパネルから直接 Zoom ハブのファイルを参照することもできます。

保存されたコンテンツとの直接的な質疑応答を可能にすることで、この機能は、ユーザーが重要な詳細を見つけ、関連情報をよりすばやく表示するのに役立ちます。これにより、ファイル全体を手動で確認する必要が減ります。
