### Web

すべてのユーザー接続は、信頼できる商用証明書認証局が発行したTLS 1.2または1.3の暗号化とPKI証明書を使用してZoomのWebサイトに接続します。接続に使用される暗号化の強度と特定の暗号スイートは、サイトへのアクセスに使用するブラウザと、ネゴシエートされた共通の暗号化方式の結果によって異なります。

### リアルタイムメディア

Zoom コンタクトセンターのリアルタイムメディア（オーディオ、ビデオ、画面共有）は、対応しているZoomクライアント間およびZoomのデータセンター内で256ビットAES-GCM暗号化によって保護されています。PSTNを経由する通話は、基盤となる通信事業者の裁量に委ねられるため、暗号化されない場合があります。

### 統合

Zoom コンタクトセンターとのすべてのサードパーティ統合は、TLS 1.2または1.3の暗号化をサポートする必要があります。
