### Web

Zoom コンタクトセンターのリアルタイムメディア（オーディオ、ビデオ、および画面共有）は、サポートされている Zoom クライアント間および Zoom のデータセンター内で、256 ビット AES-GCM 暗号化によって保護されます。PSTN を経由する通話はすべて、基盤となるキャリアの裁量の対象となり、暗号化されない場合があります。

### 統合

Zoom コンタクトセンターとのすべてのサードパーティ統合は、TLS 1.2 または 1.3 の暗号化をサポートする必要があります。
