### Strumento di test della connettività di rete

L'app desktop di Zoom Workplace per Mac e Windows include uno Strumento di test della connettività di rete integrato che può confermare che il dispositivo dell’utente può comunicare correttamente con i data center di Zoom Phone.

Per eseguire un test di connettività di rete di Zoom Phone nell'app desktop di Zoom Workplace per Windows, esegui i seguenti passaggi:\\

1. Apri l'app Zoom Workplace sul desktop.
2. Premi **Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D** per aprire lo Strumento di diagnostica di rete (richiede la versione 5.13.10 o superiore).
3. Fai clic su **Test del telefono** opzione.

4. Nella schermata seguente, fai clic su Test.
5. I risultati verranno visualizzati al termine.

Per eseguire un test di connettività di rete di Zoom Phone nell'app desktop di Zoom Workplace per Mac, esegui i seguenti passaggi:

1. Apri l'app Zoom Workplace sul desktop.
2. Premi Cmd+Option+Shift+D per aprire lo Strumento di diagnostica di rete (richiede la versione 5.13.10).
