# Risoluzione dei problemi

L'app Zoom Workplace dispone di strumenti integrati per aiutare utenti e amministratori a rivedere le Impostazioni correnti e a risolvere i problemi di sincronizzazione di Gestione dispositivi Zoom (ZDM), se necessario.

Per accedere allo strumento Healthcheck del client Zoom, usa le seguenti scorciatoie da tastiera:

* **Windows:** Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D
* **macOS:** Command + Option + Shift + D

Nel menu di navigazione a sinistra, fai clic su **Impostazioni dell'app**. Questa pagina Mostra lo stato attuale di iscrizione a ZDM, i dettagli del gruppo e come viene applicata ciascuna policy.

Man mano che le policy e le Impostazioni vengono modificate sul client o tramite ZDM, puoi fare clic sul **Ricarica** pulsante nell'angolo in alto a destra per verificare gli aggiornamenti in tempo reale.

* **Nome del Dispositivo:** Il nome host del Dispositivo e il valore mostrato nel portale amministratori Zoom.
* **token di registrazione:** Il token di registrazione attualmente configurato.
* **Stato:** Mostra se il Dispositivo è registrato correttamente in ZDM (successo).
* **Policy:** Questo è un elenco di policy applicate, del loro valore attuale e della fonte (GPO, ZDM e così via).
