# Dépannage

L’application Zoom Workplace intègre des outils pour aider les utilisateurs et les administrateurs à consulter les Paramètres actuels et à résoudre les problèmes de synchronisation de Gestion des appareils Zoom (ZDM), au besoin.

Pour accéder à l’outil de contrôle d’intégrité du client Zoom, utilisez les raccourcis clavier suivants :

* **Windows :** Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D
* **macOS :** Command + Option + Shift + D

Dans la navigation de gauche, cliquez sur **Paramètre de l’application**. Cette page affichera l’état actuel d’inscription à ZDM, les détails du groupe et la façon dont chaque stratégie est appliquée.

À mesure que les stratégies et les Paramètres sont modifiés sur le client ou via ZDM, vous pouvez cliquer sur le **Recharger** bouton dans le coin supérieur droit pour vérifier les mises à jour en temps réel.

* **Nom de l’Appareil :** Le nom d’hôte de l’Appareil et la valeur affichée dans le portail administrateur Zoom.
* **jeton d’inscription :** Le jeton d’inscription configuré actuellement.
* **Statut :** Indique si l’Appareil est correctement inscrit dans ZDM (succès).
* **Politiques :** Il s’agit d’une liste des politiques appliquées, de leur valeur actuelle et de leur source (GPO, ZDM, etc.).
