# Datenspeicher

Die Datenspeicherung von Zoom Contact Center ist für Zoom Contact Center-Aufnahmen, Sprachmitteilungen und Assets anwendbar, die in der Asset Library gehostet werden. Konto-Administratoren können den aktuellen Verbrauch der Zoom Contact Center-Speicherung über den [Speicherbericht](/technical-library/de/business-dienstleistungen/zoom-contact-center/zoom-customer-experience/analytics-and-reporting/account-level-reports.md#storage-report).

Jede Zoom Contact Center Lizenz enthält eine Basis-Speicherkapazität, die je nach Lizenztyp (benannt oder gleichzeitig) und Stufe (Essentials, Premium oder Elite) variiert. Die folgende Tabelle zeigt die Speicherkapazität für jeden Lizenztyp und jede Stufe, skaliert mit der Anzahl der gekauften Lizenzen:
