Konten, die nach Januar 2026 erstellt werden, werden von Anfang an mit der neuen Erfahrung zur Gruppen- und Einstellungenverwaltung bereitgestellt. Diese Konten müssen keine Migration abschließen. Die neue Erfahrung ist ihr standardmäßiges Gruppenverwaltungsmodell.

#### <mark style="color:blau;">Bestehende Konten mit null oder einer Gruppe zum Stand Januar 2026 wurden automatisch auf die neue Erfahrung aktualisiert</mark>

Bestehende Konten, die zum Stand Januar 2026 null oder eine Gruppe hatten, wurden automatisch auf die neue Erfahrung zur Gruppen- und Einstellungenverwaltung aktualisiert. Da diese Konten keine Mehrgruppenkonfigurationen hatten, die Einstellungenkonflikte verursachen könnten, konnte das Update ohne Administratoraktion oder Migrationsassistenten angewendet werden.

#### <mark style="color:blau;">Bestehende Konten mit zwei oder mehr Gruppen müssen Zugriff auf den Migrationsprozess anfordern</mark>

Bestehende Konten mit zwei oder mehr Gruppen zum Stand Januar 2026 müssen Zugriff auf den Self-Service-Migrationsprozess anfordern. Um das Aktivieren anzufordern, Kontakt [Zoom-Support](https://support.zoom.com/) und reichen Sie eine neue Anfrage ein mit dem Betreff "Aktivieren Sie die neue Gruppenverwaltung in meinem Konto."

Sobald das Aktivieren des Migrationsprozesses auf dem Konto abgeschlossen ist, können Administratoren den Migrationsassistenten verwenden, um den Übergang zu einem Zeitpunkt abzuschließen, der für ihr Unternehmen passt.
