Zoom hub stelt gebruikers in staat om Zoom AI Companion vragen te stellen over bestanden, rechtstreeks vanuit Hub, zonder elk document te openen of handmatig door te zoeken. Wanneer een bestand is geselecteerd uit de bestandenlijst van Zoom hub, kunnen gebruikers AI Companion vragen om specifieke informatie op te halen, samenvattingen te maken of inzichten uit dat bestand te halen.

Deze functie ondersteunt een breed scala aan bestandstypen, waaronder gegevenstabellen, documenten, samenvattingsdocumenten, vergaderagenda's, vergaderingen, whiteboards, clips en opnames. Gebruikers kunnen ook rechtstreeks naar Zoom hub-bestanden verwijzen vanuit het zijpaneel van AI Companion door een slash ( / ) te gebruiken om bestandcontent naadloos in te voegen en te openen.

Door directe vraag-en-antwoordinteractie met opgeslagen content mogelijk te maken, helpt deze functie gebruikers belangrijke details sneller te vinden en relevante informatie sneller zichtbaar te maken—waardoor de noodzaak om hele bestanden handmatig te bekijken wordt verminderd.
