# Zoom en Microsoft Integratie(s) en implementatie-veldgids

Mislukkingen bij agenda Synchroniseren en ongeldige fouten met vergadering-ID zijn een belangrijke oorzaak van ondersteuningstickets voor klanten die Zoom in Microsoft-omgevingen gebruiken. De hoofdoorzaak is niet één enkele verkeerde configuratie. Het is de complexiteit van het Integratie(s)-landschap zelf: meerdere Outlook-versies, meerdere invoegtoepassingen, bidirectionele Synchroniseren-opties, beheerderautorisaties met onbedoelde neveneffecten en tientallen Instellingen die in honderden bronnen worden beschreven.

Deze handleiding bundelt Zoom- en Microsoft-bronnen in één implementatiereferentie en stippelt een geprioriteerd pad uit door de integraties die er het meest toe doen. Ze begint met de verbindingen op Platform-niveau waarvan al het andere afhangt, gaat verder via Eindpunt-configuraties en sluit af met de extra functies die adoptie stimuleren.
