# Inleiding

Wanneer u Microsoft 365-agendabeheer integreert met het Zoom Platform, kan uw Organisatie het beheer van vergaderingen en agenda’s verbeteren vanuit de Zoom Workplace applicatie, Zoom Rooms of derdepartij-vergaderingruimtes. Houd er rekening mee dat Microsoft 365, voorheen Office 365, binnen het Zoom Platform en in sommige aanvullende ondersteuningsartikelen nog steeds wordt aangeduid als Office 365.

Voor Zoom Rooms en conferentieruimten van derden kunnen gebruikers vergaderingen plannen voor de Microsoft  365-ruimtebron, waardoor deelnemen met één druk op de knop mogelijk wordt en de Planning binnen de ruimte gedurende de werkdag automatisch wordt gesynchroniseerd.

Voor persoonlijke agenda’s kunnen gebruikers hun Microsoft 365-agendagebeurtenissen native binnen de Zoom Workplace-app bekijken via het Tabblad Agenda of de zijbalk, terwijl functies zoals bidirectionele agend Synchroniseren meetings automatisch kunnen Synchroniseren en plannen vanuit het Zoom-webportal rechtstreeks naar hun Outlook-agenda’s, of andersom.

Om een of meer van deze installatieprocessen uit te voeren, zullen gebruikers van deze handleiding gebruikmaken van de volgende machtigingen, Instellingen en systemen om agenderingsservices Inschakelen:

* Microsoft Entra ID (voorheen Azure Active Directory genoemd) gebruiker machtigingsinstellingen
* Microsoft Exchange Online
* Microsoft Graph API (MGAPI)
* Microsoft PowerShell
* Zoom Calendar en contactpersoon gebruikersinstemming Instellingen
* Zoom verbeterde API Connector
