Zoom コンタクトセンターのリアルタイムメディア（オーディオ、ビデオ、画面共有）は、サポートされている Zoom クライアント間および Zoom のデータセンター内で、256 ビット AES-GCM 暗号化によって保護されています。PSTN を経由する通話は、基盤となるキャリアの裁量に従うため、暗号化されない場合があります。

### 統合

Zoom コンタクトセンターとのすべてのサードパーティ統合は、TLS 1.2 または 1.3 の暗号化をサポートする必要があります。
