# 責任ある AI への Zoom の取り組み

Zoomは、セキュリティとプライバシーを、お客様の声に提供する生成AI機能の中核に据え、責任あるAI開発に取り組んでいます。Zoomは、AIがお客様の声に対して進化し続ける一連のリスク上の考慮事項をもたらすことを認識しており、生成AI機能を市場に投入するにあたり、透明性と顧客の選択を優先することに取り組んでいます。

これらの取り組みに沿って、Zoomは、Zoomや第三者の人工知能モデルの学習に、いかなるお客様の声のオーディオ、ビデオ、チャット、画面共有、添付ファイル、またはその他の通信類似の顧客コンテンツ（投票結果、ホワイトボード、リアクションなど）も使用しないと発表しています。
