# Présentation de Gestion des effectifs (WFM)

## Vue d’ensemble

Zoom Gestion des effectifs (WFM) simplifie les opérations du centre de contact en prédisant les volumes d’appels et en optimisant la programmation du personnel sur tous les canaux. Faisant partie de la suite Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) complète de Zoom, elle fonctionne en complément de la gestion de la qualité pour améliorer les performances du centre de contact et l’efficacité opérationnelle.

### Caractéristiques et avantages clés :

* Programmation et prévision omnicanales pour les canaux voix, vidéo, messagerie (SMS, réseaux sociaux, etc.) et e-mail
* Automatisation intelligente pour optimiser les plannings en fonction des compétences des agents, des besoins du canal et des accords de Niveau de service (SLA)

Actuellement, Gestion des effectifs (WFM) de Zoom est compatible avec Zoom centre de contact, Workday et ServiceNow. La solution est Disponible à l’échelle mondiale pour les Clients hébergés sur le cluster de Zoom basé aux États-Unis (US01) et Disponible localement en Europe pour les Clients hébergés sur le cluster de Zoom basé en Europe (EU01).
