# Das Engagement von Zoom für verantwortungsvolle KI

Zoom verpflichtet sich, KI verantwortungsvoll zu entwickeln, wobei Sicherheit und Datenschutz im Mittelpunkt der generativen KI-Funktionen stehen, die es seinen Kunden bereitstellt. Zoom ist sich bewusst, dass KI für seine Kunden ein sich entwickelndes Set von Risikobetrachtungen mit sich bringt, und das Unternehmen verpflichtet sich, Transparenz und die Wahl der Kunden zu priorisieren, wenn es generative KI-Funktionen auf den Markt bringt.

Im Einklang mit diesen Verpflichtungen hat Zoom angekündigt, dass es keine Kunden-Audio-, Video-, Chat-, Bildschirmfreigabe-, Anhänge- oder sonstigen kommunikationsähnlichen Kundeninhalte (wie Abstimmungsergebnisse, Whiteboard und Reaktionen) verwendet, um die KI-Modelle von Zoom oder von Drittanbietern zu trainieren.

Zoom stellt bestimmte Kontrollen auf der Ebene von Konto, Gruppe und/oder Benutzer bereit, sodass Administratoren verwalten können, welche Zoom AI-Funktionen oder -Fähigkeiten sie für bestimmte Zoom Meetings Verfügbar machen möchten und welche Benutzer Access haben. Zum Beispiel können Administratoren für Zoom Meetings die Zoom AI-Funktionen auf Konto-Ebene Aktivieren, und Meeting-Hosts und Teilnehmer können Wählen, ob sie diese für bestimmte Meetings Aktivieren und verwenden möchten. Zur Transparenz werden den Zoom Meeting-Teilnehmern im Produkt Hinweise zu den Zoom AI-Funktionen angezeigt, die für dieses Meeting aktiviert sind.
